Riyadh is not merely a city; it stands as a beacon of innovation, seamlessly integrating advanced technology with sustainable practices in the electric automotive manufacturing sector. Over the next ten months, you will play a pivotal role in the rapid growth of this dynamic city.
Project Overview
You will join our elite team tasked with developing critical safety (ISO45001) and environmental management (ISO14001) systems. These standards will set the foundation upon which Riyadh's electric automotive manufacturing initiatives will thrive. Your deep expertise will directly influence the future of the industry, ensuring its expansion is firmly rooted in safety, environmental stewardship, and sustainable practices.
Working Environment
Your work schedule will encompass five days a week, from Sunday to Thursday. While the primary workplace will be your apartment, project requirements will occasionally necessitate your presence at the project site alongside the full team. Additionally, 12 days off, accrued at a rate of 1.2 days per month, will be integrated into the project timeline to ensure all deliverables are met without compromise.
Required Experience and Skills
The successful candidate will oversee the supervision of the design and development of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) and Facility Management Systems (FMS) from start to finish. This role demands a seasoned professional with:

- Knowledge of ISO45001 and ISO14001
- Ability to build an HSE Management System from scratch and having done sat least 2 times
- Proficiency in writing procedures (SOPs)
- Experience as a trainer
- Sensitivity to love and respect the Arab culture, of which this project is an excellent representation.
- Real english proficiency

Required Experience and Skills
The successful candidate will oversee the supervision of the design and development of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) and Facility Management Systems (FMS) from start to finish. This role demands a seasoned professional with:
- Over 15 years of experience in facilities management, including a significant track record in health, safety, environmental, and facility management within the GCC or similar regions.
- Demonstrable success in implementing and achieving certification for ISO management system standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and particularly ISO 41001.
- Comprehensive experience in developing, reviewing, and enforcing policies, procedures, and processes within large-scale organizations.
- Expertise in risk management methodologies according to ISO 31000, including conducting risk assessments and opportunity analysis.
- A strong grasp of fire safety and emergency response management within large office settings and manufacturing facilities.
- Proficiency in facilities management software and tools, with a good understanding of security practices and arrangements within facility management.
- Experience in conducting internal audits, managing corrective actions, delivering training, facilitating workshops, and working with cross-functional teams.
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of projects, ensuring strict adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
- Develop a comprehensive project plan outlining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Oversee the development of the FMS and HSE Management Systems, ensuring they comply with ISO 41001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
- Conduct detailed context and SWOT analyses to align with international best practices and integrate LEED certification requirements into the FMS.
- Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for facility management, coordinate day-to-day activities, and lead the on-site consultant team.
- Manage the certification process and maintain robust communications with senior management and external stakeholders.
